School Board Overview

Purpose
The School Board serves in an advisory capacity to the school administration, offering guidance grounded in integrity, faith, and a commitment to excellence. Our mission is to support a strong academic and moral foundation for all students while promoting the overall vitality of the school community.

Our Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly School Board meetings
  
  
• Provide insight and perspective from the parent community
  
  
• Communicate school-related feedback to the administration
  
  
• Establish clear meeting norms, objectives, and priorities
  
  

How We Support the School Community

• Welcoming new families through the Ice Cream Social
  
  
• Delivering welcome balloons and yard signs to new families
  
  
• Assisting with the planning and execution of the Germazing 5K
  
  
• Supporting Open House events and initiatives
  
  
• Coordinating fundraising efforts, including the monthly tuition raffle
  
  
• Volunteering on school committees and participating in school activities
  
  

What the School Board Does Not Do
To ensure clarity of role and proper governance, the School Board does not:

• Exercise authoritative or administrative decision-making power
  
  
• Make curricular or instructional decisions
  
  
• Address or intervene in student behavioral matters
  
  
• Hire, evaluate, or terminate staff members
