Back for the first time in two years, Our Lady of St. Germaine in Oak Lawn will host an early fall carnival Sept. 29 through Oct. 2, featuring big rides, bands, games, raffles, local restaurants and beer tent. This is Our Lady of St. Germaine’s major parish fundraiser of the year.
Rides are being provided by Alpine Amusements. Daily ride bracelets are will be sold for $25, and are good for limited hours Thursday, Sept. 29, Saturday, Oct. 1 and Sunday, Oct. 2. Mega-passes purchased in advance can be picked up at the carnival. Also, mega-passes will be sold at the carnival for $85, and are good for all four days of the carnival.
This year, Our Lady At St. Germaine welcomes Barraco’s , El Chavez, Calabria Imports and Fat Johnnies to the food court.
All activities will take place outside, including face painting for the kiddos, 9711 S. Kolin Ave., Oak Lawn.
