I graduated from St. Germaine in 2013, and afterwards, I attended Mother McAuley. I was Mother McAuley’s Class of 2017 Valedictorian and I just completed my first year at the University of Notre Dame as a Biochemistry major and Peace Studies minor. I feel that my many successes in life can be attributed to the strong educational foundation I developed over the years at St. Germaine. The many fabulous teachers I had at St. Germaine taught me the value of always giving my best effort while continuously challenging me to work hard and push my boundaries. Besides education, St. Germaine helped me develop and grow spiritually, leading me to continue to grow in my faith by attending Catholic high school and college. I aspire to attend medical school in the future. To make my dream of becoming a doctor a reality, I have become a Certified Nursing Assistant and I have volunteered 300+ hours at Christ hospital. While the road ahead of me may be long, I know that St. Germaine has prepared me for this marathon that is life.
