Born and raised in Oak Lawn, I graduated from St. Germaine in 2004. After graduating from St. Germaine, I attended Br. Rice High School, where I was a captain of the state qualifying baseball team. From there, I attended Xavier University (Cincinnati), where I majored in finance and minored in information technology. While at Xavier, I was a writer for the Xavier newspaper and an officer of the club baseball team for three years. I graduated from Xavier in 2012 with my bachelor’s in Business Administration.
After graduating from college, I began my career at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, starting as a commercial underwriter in Cincinnati. About two and a half years later, I accepted a field marketing position for the company, based here in Chicago. I’ve been in this position for the past four years.
When I look back at my time at St. Germaine, I’m incredibly appreciative for the math and English skills the school instilled in me. Mrs. Kinsella and St. Germaine partnered with Br. Rice’s advanced math program and laid key foundations for my career, which is driven by analytics. And while I didn’t particularly enjoy reading or writing in the likes of Ms. Zofkie’s, Mrs. Montelpasse’s, or Ms. Ringhofer’s class, their arm-twisting has aided tremendously in my communication skills!
I currently reside in Chicago and enjoy running and golfing. I recently got engaged to my wonderful fiancée, Kathleen.
